Introduction: Banana Bread Muffins

The ingredients for banana bread muffins include:

3-4 bananas mashed

1 c. sugar

2 eggs

1/2 c. vegetable oil

2 c. flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1: First Steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and set aside

Step 2: Mixing Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together. In another bowl, mash the bananas, and add the oil, eggs, and vanilla.

Step 3: Combining the Ingredients

In a mixer, add the dry ingredients little by little into the wet ingredients. Once a the ingredients are together, only mix until you can’t see anymore white.

Step 4: Starting to Bake

Fill the muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. When finished, a toothpick should be able to be inserted in the middle and come out clean.

Step 5: Finishing

Carefully remove the muffins from the pan to a cooling rack. Let the muffins cool for 10 minutes until just warm. Enjoy!
