Introduction: Banana Cream Chia Seed Pudding

Hey Foodies! Today I wanted to share my "healthy" if you will, spin on a Banana Cream pie. I feel like I am always putting out a lot of sweet "unhealthy" recipes and I wanted to switch things up. Now don't get me wrong, I love junk food but everything in moderation (at least that is what I hear all the time). This Banana Cream Chia Seed Pudding is a fun twist on a Banana Cream Pie (which is delicious) but this one is much healthier and you will not have all the guilt that might come along with eating the real Banana Cream Pie. Step 1: Ingredients and Tools


  • ¼ Cup Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Full-fat Coconut Milk
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Banana (mushed up)
  • 1 Banana (sliced)
  • Coconut Flakes (optional)


Step 2: Add Bananas

Mush 2 ripe bananas in a large bowl.

Step 3: Add Chia Seeds and Milks

Add in your chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup in bowl with mashed banana.

Step 4: Whisk

Whisk all ingredients together until everything is combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap.

Step 5: Add to Serving Cups

Refrigerate for about 2-4 hours or until your mixture has firmed up and chill. Take out of refrigerator and stir mixture. Add mixture into serving cups of your choice.

Step 6: Top and Enjoy!

Top pudding off with sliced bananas and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
