Introduction: Banana Muffin Recipe 🍌 (Copycat Banana Muffins)
Try this banana muffin recipe at home, and you'll be surprised how easy and tasty it is!
I have experimented with different amounts of ingredients to reach this recipe, that tastes perfect to me. Its fluffiness and sweetness are exactly what I was looking for. I hope you enjoy these tasty muffins too! 🍌
- 1 large ripe banana (the riper it is, the sweeter your muffins will be)
- 1 egg
- 50g sugar
- 50g melted butter
- 120g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- a pinch of salt
Step 1: Smash It!
Smash the bananas with a fork completely until it's soft.
Step 2: Whisk the Egg, Sugar and Melted Butter
In a separate bowl, beat the egg, with sugar and melted butter. You can melt the butter using a microwave or double boiler method.
Step 3: Sifting
Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and a pinch of salt to make them nice and soft.
Step 4: Mix It All Together
Mix the three bowls together. Mix them well until they are smooth. I used a tablespoon for this task.
Step 5: Pour It and Bake
Add paper baking cups to your muffin pan and pour the mixture gently into them.
Bake in the pre-heat oven on 180C / 350F for 30 minutes.
