Hello everybody, I wanted to realize a box with beers to be able to transport them easily, when we go to friend's house for example.
I used wood of pallets to realize this box to reduce the price of manufacturing and recycle some wood.

Bonjour tout le monde, j'ai voulu réaliser une boite à bières pour pouvoir les transporter facilement, quand on part chez des amis par exemples.

J'ai utilisé des bois de palettes pour réaliser cette boites pour réduire les coup de fabrication et recycler du bois.

Step 1: Step1 Material and Tools / Matériel Et Outils

For this box you need : / Pour cette boite vous avez besoin:

- 6 Beer / 6 bières

- Some woods / Du bois

- Drill / Perceuse

- Saw / Scie

- Sanding machine / Ponceuse

- Grater for wood / Râpe à bois

- A ruler and a pen. / Une règle et un crayon de papier.

- A bottle-opener wall / Un décapsuleur murale

For first step, measure the biggest both boards which shall go on extremity as on the photo. Measure then the boards which will go below and on the highly-rated. Cut the whole with a saw.

Pour la première étapes, mesurez les deux planches les plus grandes qui irons sur les extrémité comme sur la photo. Mesurez ensuite les planches qui iront en bas et sur les cotés . Coupez le tout avec une scie.

Step 2: Step 2 Assembling / Montage

For the handle, you can shape what you want.
You can use a cardboard piece and cut a shape you like. Transfer it to the wood to obtain the perfect reflected curve.

Cut away with a template then with a grater from wood made curves.

Then sand the whole with some paper to be sanded and a sander to go more quickly.

Sand all the parts before assembling them with screws.
He stays in you more than has to assemble the whole.

Pour la poignée, vous pouvez faire le forme que vous voulez
Vous pouvez utiliser un morceau de carton et coupez une forme que vous aimez. Transférez-le au bois pour obtenir la courbe reflétée parfaite.

Coupez avec un gabarit puis avec une râpe à bois faites les courbes.

Ensuite poncez le tout avec du papier à poncer et une ponceuse pour aller plus rapidement.

Pour les grandes parties j'ai découpé en faisant un arrondie au sommet.

Poncez toutes les parties avant de les assembler avec des vis.

Il vous reste plus qu'a assembler le tout .

the finish, it is as you want you can colour, paint or even burn the wood. I decided to leave him as such, it gives him an old-looking aspect.

Achetez un décapsuleur murale et fixez le à votre boite à bières en haut pour décapsuler facilement une bière.

Pour la finition, c'est comme vous voulez vous pouvez teinter, peindre ou même bruler le bois. J'ai décidé de le laisser comme tel, cela lui donne un aspect vieilli.
