Introduction: Belgian Beef Stew (only 15 Minutes of Work)

Only 15 minutes of work.

Three hours later you can enjoy this delicious 'one pot dish' with a good Belgian beer ;-)

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Ingredients:

2 pounds of beef

1 onion

A pint of dark beer

Mustard

Dark chocolate (two bars)

2 slices of white bread without crust

Laurel - salt - pepper

Step 2: Season and Sear the Beef

Put the pot an high heat

Add fat to the pot

Sear one minute on each side

Step 3: Cook the Onion

Put the chopped onion in the pot

Stir in the pot

Add a splash of water

Step 4: Add the Beer

Add the beer and bring it to a boil

Step 5: Add the Beef

Step 6: Add the Laurel

Step 7: Put Mustard on the Bread and Crack the Chocolate in Small Pieces

Step 8: ​Add the Pieces of Chocolate and Stir

Step 9: The Last Step

Put the slices of bread on top and lower the heat.

Put the lid on the pot and let it cook gently during at least 3 hours.
