Introduction: Best Ever Salmon Patties
These are one of the best and quickest salmon paddies.
Supplies
Salmon, Fryer, Eggs, Saltine Crackers, Can Opener, Tongs, Onions, Napkin, Plate, and Vegetable Oil.
Step 1:
- Put cooking oil half an inch from top to bottom in the frying pan.
Step 2:
- Put the stove on high, let it heat up to 350F.
Step 3:
- Grab the salmon can and the can opener and open the can.
Step 4:
- Strain salmon juices in a sink.
Step 5:
- Next empty the can of salmon in a bowl and pick out all the bones.
Step 6:
- Cut up a quarter of the onions and add to salmon in a bowl.
Step 7:
- Crack one egg and put it in the salmon bowl.
Step 8:
- Crush two hand fulls of the saltines in with the salmon.
Step 9:
- Mix together the saltines in with the salmon.
Step 10:
- Put the eggs in the salmon and mix with your hands for one minute.
Step 11:
- Make into patties about 3 inches in diameter and about half inch thick.
Step 12:
- Put patties in the frying pan with tongs.
Step 13:
- Flip the patties about 4 times ( one flip per minute )
Step 14:
- Take out patties from frying pan put
Step 15: Enjoy
- Put a napkin on the plate to catch all the grease, put patties on the plate and enjoy.
