Bike Cord Robot

This article shows you how to make a Bike Cord Robot.

The cord was used for the bike braking system. The robot moves forward when you push the cord forward.

Supplies

parts: bike brakes cord, spring, wood, old brush, 1 mm metal wire, high power wire, sticky tape, screws, fixture.

tools: drill or electric drill.

Step 1: Tie the Knot End

You will need to use pliers for this.

Step 2: Seal With Tape

I used masking tape for this.

Step 3: Drill a Hole in the Brush

I used an electric drill.

Step 4: Attach the Spring

I attached the spring with screws and metal fixture.

Step 5: Attach Metal Wire

I used pliers.

Step 6: Attach the Brush

I attached the brush and sealed with masking tape.

Step 7: Secure the Cord to Neck

I used an additional 1 mm metal wire to secure the cord to the neck.
