Introduction: Blondies!

I personally love blondies, and this recipe is the easiest, best one you'll ever have!


2/3 cup Vegetable Shortening/Butter softened
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips

Step 1: Prepare

Preheat you oven to 350F, and coat your pan with vegetable shortening.

Step 2: Vegetable Shortening and Sugar

Put your vegetable shortening in a large bowl. Use mixer on medium, and mix well. Then, add the sugar and mix well.

Step 3: Egg

Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix well. You are done with the mixer.

Step 4:

In a separate medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk. Add to the vegetable shortening mixture and mix well with a wooden spoon or a plastic spoon. Then, stir in your chocolate chips. Spread the mixture using a rubber scraper into the greased pan.

Step 5: Bake

Bake for 25- 30 minutes, and then let cool for 10.

Step 6: Enjoy!

You've finished making these delicious blondies! I ate them with a smoothie to balance the sweets out. Enjoy!
