Introduction: No Flour Brownies

All of you gluten free people out there have we got a treat for you! Here are some absolutely delicious brownies that don't have any flour in them at all. If you are gluten free these are a must try.

Supplies

1 cup butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cups milk
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)

Step 1: Wet Ingredients

First off, preheat your oven to 350⁰ F. Get out a 8 by 11 baking pan and wet with nonstick baking spray. Mix together oil, sugar, and butter. Gradually beat in eggs and vanilla. Set aside

Step 2: Dry Ingredients

Next, shift together cornstarch, cocoa, and salt.

Step 3: Mixing

Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well for about 1 minute. DO NOT OVER MIX. Now add your milk. Pour in chocolate chips and stir.

Step 4: Bake

Pour in pan and spread evenly. Slide in oven and let bake 20-25 minutes. Let cool and serve with your favorite ice cream.
