Step 1: Prep

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (on convection setting, if available). Scramble eggs. Melt butter.

Press sausage into the bottom of a shallow, rectangular baking dish (preferably Corningware or glass). The dish should be approximately the same size as the sheet of dinner rolls. Bake the sausage in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes.

Slice the dinner rolls open, with the entire sheet still connected, using the slicer.

When the sausage is done, place it on a huck towel (use a large spatula) to drain and pour the drippings out of the baking dish. Place the bottom half of the dinner rolls in the baking dish. Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Build

Lay the sausage in one piece on the bottom half of the dinner rolls. Top with scrambled eggs, cheese, and any other toppings desired.

Step 3: Bake

Place the top half of the dinner rolls on top and brush with melted butter. Bake in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes. Cut to separate and serve.

Enjoy!
