Burger Shaped Bluetooth Speaker

I made a burger shaped speaker because I thought it would be funny.

Supplies

Audio Amplifier

3 Watt Speaker

AC Adapter- 5 Volts

Female Jack Socket

3.7 volt LIPO Battery

Charger Module Micro USB 5V 1A

Switch

Black Wood Stain

Step 1: Solidworks

First I modeled the case in Solidworks. One file for the top bun. One for the bottom. And two for the patty.

Step 2: Wiring

While the four parts were printing I did all the wiring for the bluetooth speaker

Step 3: Printed Parts

Make sure the prints all line up and the speaker can fit inside it

Step 4: Glue

Glue it all together with hot glue or super glue

Step 5: Finished

The speaker is finished and will sit on a flat surface like no other speaker
