How to do cheese?
materials:
-2 litters of milk.
-half of lemon.
-1 pot
-1 strainer.

Step 1: MILK
Put the milk in the pot. then you turn on the stove.
Step 2:
when the milk is at 36 celsius you take it out.Then you put the lemon in the milk.
Step 3:
When is hot the milk you put the streiner in the milk and you let it rest 5 hours and you have your cheese.

I don't think this is correct "When is hot the milk you put the streiner in the milk and you let it rest 5 hours".
Maybe the milk in the strainer.

Hey guys, could you define the lemon bit. Eg Half of a lemon, half a cup of lemon juice? Cheers and well done!
