Introduction: Chicken Bacon Skewers

Bacon flavoured chicken on a skewer.

Supplies

- Bacon Strips x 3

- Chicken Thighs x 4

- Salt

- Pepper

- Paprika

- Chilli powder

- Sugar

- Food processor/Blender

- Grill/Gas grill

- Metal skewers

- Food Brush

Step 1: Seasoning the Chicken

Cut 3 pieces from each chicken thigh and season it with salt and pepper. you may add anything you might like here

Step 2: Bacon Paste

run the bacon in the food processor/blender until it becomes a fine paste

Step 3: Seasoning the Bacon

the seasoning is made up of 2 Ts sweet paprika and 2 Ts Chili powder 4 Ts Turbinado sugar. add and mix the 2 together. but you can change it to your preference

Step 4: Skewering and Adding the Paste

using the metal skewers, skewer the chicken. I folded mine because they were a little too large, you can do the same if you need to. next using a food brush the bacon paste to the chicken

Step 5: Grilling

grill each side for about 2-3 minutes. sometimes the bacon paste might come off so you might need to add more of it while it is on the grill. it is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 160f or 175f if you prefer it dark.
