Introduction: Chicken, Garlic ,Peas &Pasta Dish

Boneless Chicken Breasts (about 2 large breasts or 1 lb)

Bow Tie Pasta (1 lb)

small yellow onion

2 or 3 cloves garlic

frozen peas (1 1/2 cups)

Ground Black Pepper

Olive Oil

Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Hot Sauce (optional)

Supplies

Large Pot

Large skillet

Collander

Measuring spoon

Step 1: Wash Hands With Soap and Water

Step 2: Bring Large Pot of Water to a Boil

Step 3: Add Pasta to Boiling Water and Cook for 15 Minutes. Stir Often

Step 4: Drain Pasta and Rinse With Cold Water. Set in Dish to the Side.

Step 5: Cut Chicken Breasts Into 1inch Cubes

Step 6: Place Chicken Cubes, Black Pepper and 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil Into a Bowl .Mix Well.

Step 7: Chop Onion

Step 8: Slice or Chop Garlic

Step 9: Pre Heat Large Skillet to Medium Heat. Add 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil

Step 10: Add Chopped Onion and Garlic to Skillet. Cook for About 1 Minute

Step 11: Add Chicken to Skillet and Cook Until No Longer Pink Inside.

Step 12: Lower Heat to Low and Add 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Peas . Cover and Simmer for About 3 Minutes.

Step 13: Add Cooked Pasta and Drizzle With 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil and Stir. Cover and Cook on Low for Another 3 to 5 Minutes (stirring Every Minute)

Step 14: Empty Pasta Into Serving Dish. Enjoy With Friends or Family . If You Would Like More Flavor You Can Add Parmesan Cheese or a Splash of Hot Sauce.
