In this instructables, i will go over the steps to make Chicken Marsala. Please watch the video for reference

Step 1: CHOP MUSHROOMS

The first thing you want to do is chop your mushrooms. They should be small Julianne cuts

Step 2: Make Your Chicken Dredge

Next , you want to make your chicken dredge. This will be achieved by mixing flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder together.

Step 3: Flour Chicken

Nextly, you want to flour all of your chicken breasts in the dredge. Make sure you fully cover the chicken breast

Step 4: Sear Chicken

Step 5: Bake Chicken

Now, in a pre heated oven, you want to bake your chicken. It works best on a sheet pan. Bake for about 25 minutes until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees

Step 6: Sautee Mushrooms

Now you want to Sautee your mushrooms in a hot pan with some olive oil. Add Garlic for flavor

Step 7: Add Marsala Wine

Now you want to add your marsala wine in the pan with the mushrooms. Make sure that the Marsala wine you are using is Marsala Dry wine. Bring to a simmer to cook out all of the alcohol

Step 8: Add Heavy Cream and Chicken Stock, Add Spices

Now once the wine has came to a simmer, you want to add in your chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring that to a simmer as well and let it reduce down into a thick sauce. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste!

Step 9: Bring Marsala Sauce to a Final Simmer

Now just simmer the sauce for 10 more minutes to reduce it down. Once you have done this, your sauce is complete! Just mix with the chicken and you are done !
