Alright My Partner in Crime "The Wife" has been starting her own Cup Cake Company for some time and wanted to teach us how to make a couple of Cup Cakes so this is her first attempt at a How To Video, Now she's a little shy so I Had to do the whole talking I hope you guys don't mind to much. IF you want to watch the video instead of reading the step by Step just Go on to the Next Step! Otherwise, Enjoy and Buen Appetite!

Step 1: Getting the Supplies

Alright Were using a lot of Pillsbury Ingredients for this,

The Cake Mix is a Chocolate CupCake Mix "Devil's Food"

You need 3 Eggs

1/2 Cup of oil

1 1/4 Cup of Water

2 Bars of Hershey's (the big kind)

Straw Berries

Pillsbury Frosting

Some Gel Frosting

Then you need to get the Cup Cake Pan, Mixing Bowl, Mixer, if you have A Wife... You need one of them too :) She Facilitates everything :P

Step 2: Getting the Batter Rady

This is probably the easiest step ever, Just throw everything in the bowl and mix it in.

Get your Chocolate Mix, and throw that in the bowl, Get 1/4 cup of Vegetable Oil and throw that into the mix, then get 1 1/4 cup of water and throw that in there as well. Lastly get 3 Eggs and throw that in the mix.

Get the mixer, and mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes and once you are done, you will have a good mixture with no lumps anywhere in the mix.

Step 3:

Once your mix is done, get the cupcake Cups and place them in the cup cake pan, then using the batter dispenser or using a spoon fill up the cups to about 3/4 of the way up the cup.

Step 4: Place Put It in the Oven!

Now this is the tricky part, apparently According to my professional references "The wife"

She said that if you put the cupcakes in the oven at a low temperature for a long time, you get a flat surface in the cupcake, however if you put the cup cakes in a High Temperature for a long time you get a Muffin Top (the little hump) on the top.

So Depending on what you want, that's what you need to keep in mind.

Step 5: Removing Them From the Oven

Okay once they have been in the oven for 11-15 minutes take them out and test them to see if they are fully cooked. You can do this by sticking a knife down the center of the cupcake and if it comes out clean, then the cakes are done. If it comes out covered in batter.... you got some more cooking to do.

Also, if there is a dimple in the center of the cakes then it's not done.

Step 6: Melting the Chocolate

While your cakes are cooling, you need to start melting your chocolate, and you do this by putting the chocolate into a pot in low setting to medium setting. Not to hot, or the chocolate sticks to the pan, but not to cold that you never melt the chocolate.

I know there are other ways of doing this but this is just the way she likes it done so that's that. you can also microwave the chocolate for a couple of minutes

Step 7: Covering the Strawberries

Okay this is the MOST important part, you need to get your Ideal strawberries and cover them in chocolate, try to do this without burning your self against the walls of the pot.

They should look like these :P

Step 8: Adding the Strawberry and the Frosting

Okay now this is the last step :P using the Creamy Supreme Frosting you need to cover the top of your cupcake with it.

Then Place a straw berry at the top of the Cupcake and finally using the gel frosting pen, you can add your design to the top of the strawberries in a Zig Zag pattern or checkered pattern what ever you like the best.

Step 9: Eating IT!

Okay the last last last step is eating the Cakes :) and enjoying them.

Take a picture, and let us know what ya'll think :)
