Introduction: Coconut Chicken Nuggets (Gluten-Free)
In this instructable, I will show you how to make Coconut Chicken Nuggets.
Step 1: Ingredients
For this recipe you will need:
3 Chicken Breast
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 c Coconut Flour
2 tbsp honey
1/2 c milk
1 tsp pepper
Step 2: Cutting' Up!
Trim the fat from the chicken and cut the breast into nugget pieces.
Step 3: Milk & Honey
In a bowl large enough to hold all of the chicken, mix together the milk and honey.
Step 4: Time to Marinate!
Place the chicken into the milk and honey marinade and put in the fridge for an hour.
Step 5: In Another Bowl...
Mix together all of the other ingredients in a bowl.
Step 6: Remove the Chicken From the Fridge
Drain the chicken.
Step 7: Coat!
Toss the chicken into the flour mixture to coat completely. Place the pieces on a baking tray.
Step 8: Bake!
Bake in an oven that's been preheated to 350° for 10 minutes.
Step 9: Turn and Bake!
Turn the pieces over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 10: Enjoy!
