Introduction: Corn Coconut Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
400ml milk
1 cup maize semolina
200g sugar
150g butter
100g chocolate spatter
100g flour
100g powder sugar
100g coconut raps
1 package baking powder
3 eggs
1 pinch salt
lemon juice
Step 1: Preparation
Bring to milk to boil with a pinch of salt and give the maize semolina to it. Stir it about 5 minutes and let it cool down. Put the butter in a bowl and stir it, add the eggs and stir again. Add sugar and stir, then add flour & baking powder and stir. Give the coconut & the maize semolina to it and stir again. Put chocolate spatter in the bowl and mix everything together. Fill the cake mixture in a oven spring form.
Step 2: Finish
Put the form in the oven at 170 degrees celsius circulating air for about 50 minutes. Remove the spring form and let it cool down. Mix lemon juice & powder sugar one to one and coat the cake with it. Grab a piece and enjoy.
