Introduction: DIY Marshmallow Pudding Popsicles Recipe

About: I'm a 5 year old girl who loves to DIY! My idol is Alton Brown and I want to be just like him! I started my own channel to share my crafts and treats with everyone so I hope you guys like it! I've been really…

This recipe for DIY Marshmallow Pudding Pops is perfect for the spring and summer. Since it's made with pudding, it doesn't melt as fast as regular ice cream. That's really important here where I live (in Texas) since it's super duper hot all the time and I can never finish my ice cream before it melts, haha. I also added these mini marshmallows to give it a light, fruity, and refreshing taste! It's also very squishy! And squishy is fun!

Step 1: Ingredients

You will need:

  • popsicle molds
  • vanilla pudding mix
  • milk
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • spoon
  • mini fruit flavored marshmallows

Step 2: Make the Puddin'

Make your pudding according to the directions on the brand you buy. For the one I used, I added the pudding mix and 2 cups of milk to my bowl. I whisked it for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Add the Squishies!

Pour the marshmallows in and mix it up. You can add as little or as much as you like! I think I did about a half of a cup.

Step 4: Fill and Freeze

Carefully spoon the marshmallow pudding mix into the popsicle molds, leave a little bit of room at the top so you can push the popsicle sticks in. Freeze the pops for a few hours until it's fully frozen.

Step 5: Nom Nom Nom

That's it! Run the popsicles under hot water for a minute or so to help pull the popsicles out. Try it out and tell me what you guys think in the comments!
