Introduction: DIY RACING ROBOT USING DPDT
ITS ALWAYS FUN TO MAKE ROBOTS USING DPDT SWITCHES SO LETS BEGIN WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROBOT AND ITS REQUIREMENTS
SO I MADE A ROBOT WHICH WILL RUN IN 12V SUPPLY AND WILL CROSS THE OBSTACLES AND WILL REACH THE DESTINATION QUICKLY

SO LETS START OUT
Step 1: CHECK FOR COMPONENTS
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPONENTS AND I HAVE PROVIDED THE RESPECTIVE LINKS TO GET THE PRODUCTS

Step 2: MAKE THE DPDT CONNECTIONS
CHECK THE WIRING FOR THE DPDT SWITCHES AND CONNECT TWO SWITCHES IN SAME WAY
AND CONNECT THE OTHER TWO ENDS IN THE BATTERY
AT LAST CHECK FOR PERFECT CONNECTIONS AND FOR ANY SHORT CIRCUIT IN THE SWITCH
IF THERE IS A SHORT CIRCUIT ENSURE FOR PROPER HOLDING OF WIRE
Step 3: EXTEND THE WIRES AND MAKE THE ROBOT
EXTEND THE WIRES FROM THE SWITCHES AND BATTERY TO THE MOTORS OF THE ROBOT
AND CONNECT IT TO THE ROBOT
CONNECT THE WHEELS TO THE ROBOT AND MAKE THE ROBOT AS SUCH IN THE MENTIONED PICTURE
MAKE THE PARALLEL CONNECTIONS TO THE MOTORS OF THE ROBOT AND SOLDER THEM WELL
Step 4: CHECK FOR RIGHT BATTERY
USE 12V LIPO BATTERY OR LEAD ACID BATTERY BECAUSE THEY CAN BE EASILY RECHARGED AND WILL PROVIDE U A LOT OF AMP HOURS
FOR MORE AMOUNT OF STANDBY AND FOR EASY CHARGING AND DISCHARGING USE LIPO OR LEAD ACID BATTERY
Step 5: CHECK FOR CONTROLS
Before designing control wired we have to learn basic movement of robot which is shown in following table.

For moving forward Clockwise Clockwise
For moving backward Anticlockwise Anticlockwise
For turning left Off Clockwise
For turning right Clockwise
Step 6: ALL DONE
