Introduction: DIY Stress Balls

Feeling stressed about school or work? That's not big deal. Now you can make your very own stress ball!! They let you release your stress on them and are a great decoration. Without further ado, let's get started.

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

For this project you will need a piece of paper, scissors, a marker or sharpie, a plastic bottle, flour, a little bit of tape and three balloons. The piece of paper can be any piece of paper. The plastic bottle can be any type and the size doesn't matter.

Step 2: Fold Paper

Take your paper and fold it into a funnel.

Step 3: Tape

Take your small piece of tape. Place it on the middle of your funnel so it stays together and does not unravel. Then cut off both sides of the funnel so it looks like a shorter funnel.

Step 4: Place in Bottle

Take your plastic bottle and place the funnel in it.

Step 5: Pour Flour

Take little bit of flour and pour it into the plastic bottle using the funnel.

Step 6: Blow Up Balloon

Take out your balloon and blow it up.

Step 7: Place Over Bottle

Take your bottle and place your balloon on top of the bottle.

Step 8: Pour Flour

Turn the bottle upside down so that all the flour will go into the balloon. Take the balloon off of the bottle. Then take out all the air so only the flour is left in the balloon.

Step 9: Cut Off the Tops

Take another balloon. Cut off the tops of both balloons.

Step 10: Close the Hole

Take your glue and put some on the hole in the balloon. This will close the hole.

Step 11: Wrap Around

Take the balloon that you cut off the top. Wrap it around the first balloon with the flour. Put glue on the hole of the second balloon.

Step 12: Wrap Around Again

Take another balloon and cut off the top of it. Wrap that balloon around your first and second ones. Secure it with glue, so it stays in place.

Step 13: Does Your's Look Like This?

So far, this is how your should look. If it doesn't look like this, you might have a little mistake going along. And you might want to go back and try this again.

Step 14: Draw a Smiley Face

Draw a smiley face on your stress ball. You are done!! Not only can you use this to reduce your stress, you can also brag to your friends about making your VERY own stress ball!!! I hope you enjoyed!!!
