Today In this tutorial we make dalgona coffee recipe at home.I make this coffee at small scale for your entertain but you can make this at large scale.This time dalgona coffee is trending on tiktok and other social media plateform. Dalgona coffee is also known as frothy coffee or cloud coffee. Ingredients are very basic to make this in social lockdown session.If you've got instant coffee, sugar, and water on hand, you can make this.

Ingredients :

2 tbsp. Granulated sugar

2 tbsp. Instant coffee

2 tbsp. Hot water

Ice, for serving

Milk, for serving

Step 1: Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl or glass place coffee, sugar (1:1) .

• Do I have to use sugar?

The sugar helps the coffee whip to a fluffy and stable texture that holds its shape for a while. You can reduce sugar amount, but I’m not sure it will be so fluffy. If you’re really sensitive to sugar, you can reduce it down, just know that your coffee won’t be as fluffy.

Step 2: Make Hot Water

To make hot water i start fire on my miniature stove.

Take some rest for get water hot and the take same amount of water in glass.

Step 3: Whipping

It'll go by faster if you have a hand mixer, but a humble regular whisk, one powerful arm, and a good dose of patience and endurance will get you there too.Using a hand mixer or electric mixer, whisk until thick and creamy.

I make small electric mixer using dc motor and battery.You want to use electric ice cream maker for whip this mixer.It take 2-3 minutes for electric mixer and 5-10 minutes for hand whip.Both ways are perfect but for hand mixing take some time for whip.

Initially mixer color is brown but when this mixer get whip perfectly color change to skin color.

Step 4: Check Quality of Whip

If you use same quantity of sugar then your whip get perfect and take same condition for 5-10 minutes.So please use same ratio of instant coffee and sugar.

Step 5: Milk

Fill only 3/4 of a cup with cold milk and add ice cubes.

• What kind of milk to use: You can use cow’s milk, dairy free milk such as almond milk, oat milk or any other kind of milk that you prefer.

• Can I make Dalgona coffee without electric mixer? Yes, you can whip the coffee using a regular whisk, it may take a little bit more time, but it absolutely possible.
