Introduction: Delicious Crepes

Did you know that crepes were invented in France and Germany? Crepes our very thin pancakes and they fold really easily.You can put anything you want on them; our favorite is Nutella! They are sweet and delicious!

Supplies

1 cup of all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon of salt

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 1/4 cup of milk

2 tablespoons of butter

oil for cooking

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Toppings:Nutella, Cream cheese, Banana ,Blueberries, Strawberries, Powdered sugar.

Step 1:

In a large bowl sift flour, add salt, sugar and stir.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl whisk eggs, vanilla extract, milk until combined.

Step 3:

Gradually add the milk mixture into flour mixture and stir until incorporated and smooth. Pour in melted butter and whisk until combined. Let stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.(Or in the fridge)

Step 4:

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add butter or oil coat if you chose butter make sure you cut in front of 2TBSP.

Step 5:

Pour about 1/-3-1/4 cup of crepe batter, swirling it to evenly coat.cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and cook for 30 seconds. Remove the pan and repeat with the remaining batter. Remember to grease the pan between ease crepe.

Step 6:

Toppings: Nutella, Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas, Powdered sugar. And then you can roll. Enjoy!
