***Please note that I am not liable for any burns or injures***
Step 1: The Sauce
For this step you will need:
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup of vinegar
1-2 table spoons sugar
1 table spoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tea spoons celery seed
4-8 dashes of hot pepper sauce
Mix all of the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil and reduce heat until desired consistency.
Or you can use ketchup and brown sugar but is not as good.
But you can use store bought sauce.
Step 2: The Ribs
First of I LOVE RIBS Ok sorry about that. For ribs you should choose organic beef or pork. That means to choose meat that was raised in the U.S. and was not fed grass with pesticides on it. Depending on how many people are coming and what else you are serving an adult can eat 1/2 to a full rack as kids can eat about half a rack.
COOKING
First brush on sauce to the ribs
Then grill for 20-25 mins until cooked through
WALA RIBS GOOD
Step 3: The Chicken
Why did the chicken cross the road ? Once a gain alway buy organic meats because who want to eat pesticides.... I dont!
To cook chicken put it on the grill for 30 mins
flipping every 5 mins
DONT FORGET THE BBQ SAUCE!!!!!!
Step 4: Sides
Nobody wants to eat all ribs .....OK some people will and that might be a little pricey. Some good igias might be salads, mashed potatoes, baked beans, and coleslaw , but who likes coleslaw.

ok, my reply to this is 1.5 years late, but thanks, Fair Wind for speaking up. Why is it that we are all worried about teaching our children not to be bullies but then - as grown-ups, WE (the adults) turn into the bullies we tell our kids not to be? You know what bullies are now? Realty stars in training. If we don't want our kids to be bullies, well golly-gee Andy, I guess we shouldn't act like them either!!! (or watch and glorify the reality shows and their 'stars' either)
Geez. whatever happened to manners??? oh, yea, I forgot -- cable and the internet. ... well, certain shows and certain commenters... ok, I'll get off my soapbox now.

What type of vinegar do you use? I use apple cider vinegar because distilled white is too strong.

I like coleslaw. I like the oil/vinegar type, not the milky, creamy, mayo type. Since you cared to ask.
