Delicious Raspberry Cake

This is the recipe of a yummy raspberry cake with raspberry raffaello.

Step 1: Ingredients

For the raspberry cake you need:

• 500g curd cheese
• 150g yoghurt
• 100g icing sugar
• 1 pack vanilla sugar
• 1 lemon
• 300g raspberries
• 2 cake bottoms
• nougat cream
• raspberry raffaellos

Step 2: Tools

For the preperation you need some tools:

• mixing bowl
• wooden spoon
• spoon
• lemon squeezer

Step 3: Preperation of the Raspberry Cream

Mix the curd cheese and yoghurt in a bowl to a creamy mass.

Step 4: Preperation of the Raspberry Cream

Mix the icing sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice to the mass.

Step 5: Preperation of the Raspberry Cream

Mix in the raspberries.

Step 6: Creamy Cake Filling

Brush the bottom of the dough with the raspberry cream.

Step 7: Creamy Cake Filling

TIP: Apply more cream in the middle of the cake.

Step 8: Cake Top

Put the dough top over it.

Step 9: Cake Icing

Brush the cake with nougat cream.

Step 10: Decoration

Decorate the cake with raspberry raffaello.
