Dog Wooden Fence

A dog needs its own open space, outside the kennel. Without having a big garden, this is a great alternative.

To recreate this fence, make sure you have all of this supplies:

• wood boards;
• round sticks;
• metal pipes;
• screws;
• lock;
• glue (I used Vinavil);
• wood impregnating agent;
• hinge;
• zip ties.

And all of this tools:

• jig saw;
• brush;
• ruler;
• screwdriver;
• sander / sandpaper;
• drill.

Step 1: Modern Design of Recycled Sticks

Not to waste pieces of round sticks that aren't long enough to cover the entire height of the fence, they can be joint together by inserting them in a small piece of metal pipe. This technique is useful and gives the project a modern and original look.

Step 2: Lock and Hinges

A lock has been inserted by screwing it. Moreover disappearing hinges help not to ruin the whole design.

Step 3: Smart Fixing

In order not to screw the fence in the wall, it has been fixed to the biggest fence in my balcony.
