Easily-Watering Garden Out of a Milk Carton

This quick and easy tutorial will help you create a mini garden that will prevent the flowers from overflowing with water.

Step 1: Things You Will Need

You will need:

1. Milk Carton

2. Dirt potting mix

3. Seeds

4. Scissors

5. Straws (the more the plant needs water, the more straws)

6. Dish Sponge

7. Paint to decorate + brush

Step 2: Cut the Top Part of the Milk Carton

Step 3: Add the Sponge on the Bottom of the Pot

Adding the dish sponge prevents the carton from breaking apart when adding water

Step 4: Add 3/4 of Dirt and Straws

Step 5: Add the Rest of the Dirt and Add the Seeds

Step 6: Enjoy Your Beautiful Flower Pot!

You can water the flower, pouring it through the straws, which prevents overflowing the flower with water.
