Make one in less than 10 minutes!

Great for party decorations!

This is my second instructable in my "Paper Projects" series.

Step 1: Step 1: Cutting and Folding

First you have to cut a perfect square, and put the square aside.

Then you fold the rectangle over itself and then once again.

And then you have a double folded square.

And then on to the next step.

Step 2: Step 2: Cutting It Again

First you cut lots of little lines in the double folded square not yet touching the other side.

Then do the same on the other side in between the cuts on the other side.

Now you're done with step two!

Step 3: Step 3: Unfolding

Now you need to unfold your work of art.

You need to do this very carefully or you will rip it.

Just unfold and pull on the top and bottom and, there you have it!

You're done!
