Introduction: Easy Fajitas With Rice Recipe

So today we’ll be learning how to make fajitas with a side of white rice with vegetables! I’ve seen many recipes on Pinterest, Instagram, Instructables, etc. that have a similar recipes but I’ve never seen one like the one I made :) I made this recipe to show others how we cook it at my house! Everyone cooks differently and trying something different would be good! Keep going along and I’ll show you step by step on how to cook fajitas with rice!

Step 3: STEP 1: How to Cook the Rice; Step by Step!

Place the pan on the stove, add oil and let it heat up for 3 minutes

Step 4: STEP 2:

while the heat is heating up, rinse the rice

Step 5: STEP 3:

add rice and Toast the rice, takes around 10 minutes, should be a golden brown

Step 6: STEP 4:

Turn down the heat

Step 7: STEP 5:

In a blender, blend tomato, onion, garlic, cumin, water and a pinch of salt

Step 8: STEP 6:

After blending, turn the heat back up to medium , add the liquid to the pan

Add the vegetables

Step 10: STEP 8:

Let it cook for 30 minutes in medium heat

Step 11: STEP 9:

Add water and let it cook for another 5-10 minutes, then it should be finished!:)

Season the steak first, Sazon Goya, Salt, Garlic, and onion, SEASONING IS TO YOUR LIKING

On a pan, add oil, let it heat up, wait 3 minutes for oil to heat up

Step 14: STEP 3:

After the oil heated up, Add the steak, wait 10 Minutes for each side to cook

Step 15: STEP 4:

Flip and wait 10 minutes for the other side to cook
