Easy How to Braid Hair

Have

you ever had those days when you just can’t get your hair to look good? Or there’s no place to shower? Well, I have a solution! Braiding hair is an option! It is super easy and quick and looks good on all hair types! All that is needed is a ponytail and a hairbrush, and mirror (optional). It is important that to work well with your hands and also have hair that reaches the shoulders for the best results.

Ponytail

Mirror (Optional)

Step 1: Step 1

First off grab the hairbrush and brush out all of the hair to make sure there are no knots, It is important that you do not brush your hair to hard, if so, that will cause breakage. Brush from starting at the top and go towards the bottom, repeating on all parts of your head.

Step 2: Step 2

Second, grab all of your hair and move it to one side of your head. This makes it easier to see all of your hair. Make sure that you grab all of your hair and not leave any of it out, if left out, it will not be in the braid

Step 3: Step 3

Third step, will section the hair into 3 equal pieces. It is important that all three sections have the same amount of hair in them so the braid will look even. There is going to be a left section, a middle section, and a right section.

Step 4: Step 4

Fourth, start holding the left section in the left hand and the right section in the right hand. Make sure that these are divided equally and have the same amount of hair in each hand. This will make sure that it does not get uneven

Step 5: Step 5

For the Fifth step, start crossing the right section over the middle section of hair. This will make the right section of hair now in the middle, and the middle section now on the right side. It is important to be holding onto these sections tightly. This will prevent any hair from slipping through your hands.

Step 6: Step 6

Then, for the sixth step, move the left section over the new middle section. The new middle section is now on the left. Then repeat these processes over starting again. Repeating all the way down the hair, creating a braid. Using a mirror will be beneficial so you can make sure that the hair is crossing the right pieces and that the braid is looking how wanted

Step 7: Step 7

Lastly, When the braid is complete secure it with a ponytail. If not secured with a ponytail the braid may fall out or not look as tight. And with a braid it is important it does not fall out!
