Introduction: Easy Irresistible Banana Bread for Breakfast or Dessert!

About: Crafting is my jam. My favorite things to make are music and food, but I’ve always got clay, thread or a hammer in hand :)
This recipe is always a hit! It’s super easy to make and can be mixed by hand. It’s almost as dense as a brownie and you don’t have to be a banana fanatic to reach for a second serving. This recipe yields 8 mini loaves.

Prep time: 15 min.
Cook time: 30 min.
Total time: 45 min.

Supplies

•Mini Loaf Pan (Cupcake pans will take closer to 22 minutes. Bundt cake pans will take closer to 45 minutes)
•Pam (If you don’t have Pam, just butter and flour the pan to prevent sticking)
•3 Ripe Bananas
•1 Cup Sugar (I like mixing 1/2 cup brown with 1/2 cup granulated white)
•1/2 Cup Salted Butter (Melted)
•1 Tsp Salt
•1 Tsp Baking Soda
•1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
•1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
•2 Cups All Purpose Flour

*Ideal bananas have brown spots for more natural sweetness. If they’re less ripe, you can add a little extra sugar to compensate.

Step 1: Preparation

•Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
•Grease your pan with Pam or butter and flour
•Mash bananas

Step 2: Easy Peasy

•Mix all ingredients until even consistency is reached (banana bits are okay, add flour last)

Step 3: Let the Magic Happen

•Pour batter into pan leaving room to rise (about a finger width from the top edge)
•Bake on center rack for roughly 30 minutes (just until center is cooked through)

Step 4: Remove, Cool and Enjoy!

•Remove from pan while hot to prevent over cooking
•Let cool
•Dig in!
