Introduction: Easy Oatmeal Cookies

In this instructable we are going to make our own homemade cookies. Just follow the simple steps and afterwards your cookie will be done in no time! Please vote this instructables thanks!

Step 1: Prepare the Materials.

The ingredients is only good for 2 dozens.

Equipment:
Apron
Electric Mixer
Mixing Bowl
Measuring Cups
Measuring Spoons
Plates (optional)
Spoon
Aluminum Tray
Aluminum Foil
Oven
Freezer/Chiller
Clean Hands
Cooking oil

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cups quick cooking oats

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients.

In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in oats. Roll it and cover it with aluminum foil. Freeze or chill it for 1-2 hours until it is firm. When it is firm, slice it into desired size then place it in an aluminum tray.

Step 3: It's Cooking Time!

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease the aluminum pan first before placing the raw cookies.
Bake untill it is golden brown in color.Allow cookies to cool on aluminum tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!
