Easy PPE Face Visor

First I can not take credit for this. This is most definatly my Dad's idea, I am just providing the 'tech support'.

Second ENSURE CABLE TIES ARE THE RELEASE TYPE!

Use at your own risk etc.

Supplies

A4 Laminate pouch.

3 × 250mm × 7.6mm re-useable cable ties.

26mm strip off A4 card, marked on centre line 15mm & 35mm from each end.

Step 1:

Place strip of card in laminate pouch. ( You could personalise the card before hand if you wish)

Step 2:

After laminating, punch holes or cut slots where marked.

Step 3:

Place first cable tie through inner hole/slot.

Step 4:

Place second cable tie through outer hole and connect those two as shown.

Step 5:

Place first cable tie through other inner hole and connect to third cable tie as shown.

Step 6:

Place first cable tie through other inner hole and connect to third cable tie as shown.

Step 7:

Now connect second cable tie to third.

Step 8:

Now place on head and adjust cable ties to fit snug.

I suggest not trimming ends off cable ties until 100% sure of best fit. Do not trim the rear cable tie.
