Super easy version of soft serve ice cream: delicious, fast AND healthy!  All you need is 2 frozen bananas, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 teaspoons maca powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 cup nondairy milk

Step 1: Food-process Ingredients Together

Food process 2 frozen bananas, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 teaspoons maca powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract ad 1/4 cup nondairy milk such as coconut milk until fully pureed and blended smooth.

Step 2: Serve Immediately

Divide mixture into 2 bowls and enjoy immediately for the perfect, healthy soft serve!

    Its a nutrient-dense powdered form of the maca root. Pricey but full of antioxidants and nutrients, it can be found at natural grocery stores or online. You can omit it with just as good results. This recipe is yummy with cinnamon as well!

    It's a powder found in many natural grocery stores and health stores that is full of nutrients. It's totally optional in this recipe; or use cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder instead.

    Hi! I purchased it at the health food store near me (stores like Whole Foods, Jimbo's etc, should have it) or you can buy brands like Navitas Naturals or Healthworks online from sites like Amazon.com
