Introduction: Easy Spiced Acorn Squash

This is a very simple recipe to make a healthy snack. My mom would always have acorn squash on the counter when I was a kid, so it's a very homey taste for me.

Get an acorn squash. Cut it up and put it in the microwave with a splash of water in a bowl with a plate over it.
Cook until it's soft.

Put it on a plate. Cut hash marks into each piece.
Put a pat of butter on each piece, and add spices: cinnamon, black pepper, a dash of nutmeg.
Delicious!
