Easy Upside Down Cake

This is an easy no nonsense kinda cake, great for all occasions especially for the holidays, when you want a great looking cake that's super affordable....


MATERIALS

brown packed super 2/3 cup
Butter 1/4 cup melted
Cherries
Canned pineapple
Cake mix( white or yellow)

Step 1: Prep

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees

Now get your pan ready :

I used a bundt cake baking bowl, just because I love the shape of bund cakes lol I know
Now, Melt your butter 10-15 sec , sprinkle the sugar all around the bowl, And now arrange the pineapple slices on top of the mixture( gently) throw in some cherries on that

Now prep your cake mix as directed in the box and slowly pour it into your cake mold( do it slowly) to keep the pineapples and everything in place,

Insert in the oven , mine said 39 minutes for a bundt cake, and fast forward 39 minutes and your done!

Easy enough, fancy enough, now eat up !! Lots Delicious!!
