Introduction: Easy and Healthy Fruit Smoothie

I made a fruit smoothie with protein powder. I made this because I wanted a smoothie but I also wanted protein.

Supplies

I used 1/2 cup frozen bananas, 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries(for color), 1 scoop protein powder, 8 ice cubes, and 1/4 cup milk.

Step 1: Measure Ingredients

Put the fruit and milk in a measuring cup, and scoop the protein.

Step 2: Put the Ingredients in the Blender

Make sure to put the ice cubes in too. You will have to pause and shake the cup a couple times to loosen up the fruit.

Step 3: Pour the Smoothie Into a Cup

After pouring the smoothie, you can add anything you want on top for presentation.
