Introduction: Easy Chocolate Fudge
The recipe is really easy and mouth watering..
the fudge is amazingly good for chocolate lovers.
Step 1: Ingredients
you will need
400 gm sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
nuts (cashew, pistachio, walnuts etc)
and 50 gm butter. (I used salted)
Step 2: Mix It Up
put all the ingredients in a thick bottom pan.
and mix well
Step 3: Heat It
heat the mixture till it starts bubbling.
approximately 10 min
Step 4: Allow to Set.
pour the mixture in a buttered dish and allow to cool.
cut in pieces and enjoy.

can I just use condensed milk and leave out the sugar?

I don't know what I did wrong, but it has to be something... No matter how long I waited the mixture never solidified enough to be cut into pieces and removed from the dish. It was just a sticky, gooey (but very tasty) mass.
But the good news is: It tastes amazing on toast and bread rolls. :)

If you mix the cocoa with the sugar and butter first, it won't sit on top of the liquid mixture so much, and you can make sure all the "dry lumps" are out.
I'm going to make this one tonight! I've tried a lot of recipes but this is really a faster way! My mouth is watering already...
