Introduction: Egg Pancakes
This recipe makes 2 medium sized pancakes.
The main ingredient are:
1. 1/2 All purpose flour
2. 1/2 Milk (I use 2%)
3. 1 Egg
Those are your main ingredients.
The tools needed are:
1. 1 small bowl
2. Stove
3. 1 Pan
The only miscellaneous requirement is:
1. Vegetable Oil (or any oil)
Step 1: The Mixing
Gather all the main ingredients and mix them together in a small bowl. Make sure you crack the egg and then empty it into the bowl, no eggshells.
Step 2: The Stove
Place a pan on the stove (the size doesn't matter). Fill the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of oil. Then set the flame to low or medium.
Step 3: Cookin'
Now thou shall pour thy pancake mix in pan. When the bottom side looks firm enough you can flip it. Be careful you may splash oil on your self. The first pancake will most likely be burned. You should make them one at a time.
Step 4: The Pancake
When you are finished making them, you should turn off the flame. Then you may enjoy these egg pancakes. This recipe is inspired by my grandmother.

Love these! My grandmother also made them. I like them with dark Karo syrup, or butter, jam and confectioners sugar. They are very similar to crepes and I sometimes eat them that way too.
