Introduction: Energy Bars / Nut Bars

I always have a few nut bars with me. They are excellent as fuel after a long day or after workouts. All ingredients are natural, no additives that aren't common in nature.

Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients:
50 dates
350 grams of almonds
100 grams of hazelnuts
125 grams of unsweetened shredded coconut
2 eggs
25 grams of unsweetened cocoa, powdered

Step 2: The Making Of...

Grind all the nuts, or cut them with a knife if you don't mind if they are coarse ground.
Remove the seeds from the dates. Knead the dates into a thick dough. Cut through the dates with a knife to make sure there are no seeds left in the dough.
Break the eggs into a big bowl, and add the other ingredients. Mix into a thick, sticky dough. Shape it into small bars and bake it in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 40 minutes.
