Introduction: FISH.....oven Cooked
Cheap and fast cook method I use for Talapia and Hoki. Usually served over fried rice, with plain rice and vegetables, or a mean fish sandwich in a Peta pocket.
Step 1: Ingredients
Mrs. Dash "Original" Seasoning
butter (room temperature)
fish (thawed)
lemon
cooking spray
aluminum foil
Step 2: Oven
1. Turn it on to about 425.
Step 3: Pan Preparation
1. Line pan with foil.
2. Give a lite coat of non-stick cooking spray.
Step 4: Fish
1. Take out of individual packaging.
2. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Place in pan.
Step 5: Seasoning
1. Butter to taste.
2. Add Mrs. Dash.
Step 6: Cook
1. Check to see if oven is ready.
2. Cook 14-17 minutes.
3. As it comes out of the oven, garnish each fillet with a good twist of it's own slice of lemon.
4. Serve.

I feel like fish today . . .
