Introduction: Faith's Homemade Vanilla Christmas Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting With Sprinkels

1. 2 sticks butter, softened

1 3/4 c. sugar

3 c. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

4 eggs (separate)

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 c. milk

2. Beat sugar and butter and yokes .

3. Beat egg whites slightly.

4. Add flour, milk, baking powder and vanilla

5. Add pinch of salt.

6. Turn into another bowl.

7.Flour and grease square pan

8. Mix and pour into a square aluminum pan.

9. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until done, 40-50 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

10. 1 stick butter, softened

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened

2 c. powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

green food coloring

multi-color sprinkles

11. Beat cheese and butter and gradually add powdered sugar. Add vanilla and food coloring.

12. After frosting cake add sprinkles
