Ingredients for Fajita Lime Steak

1 lbs of skirt steak

olive oil

1 tbs black pepper

1 tbs of pink salt

sliced red pepper

sliced green pepper

sliced onion

1 1/2 half lime

Step 1: Cut and Cook Meat

Grab your fresh skirt steak and cube it up into small pieces, in a hot skillet drizzle some olive oil and turn it up to high heat and toss in the steak.and your salt and black pepper

Step 2: Cut Your Veggies

So grab your peppers and onions and slice them up nice and thin while the meat is searing.

Step 3: Add Your Peppers and Lime

After you have your peppers ready go ahead and reduce the heat and add your peppers, and also squeeze in 1 half lime and let the peppers get nice and soft for about 2-4 mins.

Step 4: Time to Mix in Onions

Once the peppers are soft its now time to mix in the onions add a little more black pepper and squeeze in 1/2 lime by now I think you noticed this is a dish for sour lovers! Reduce the lime juice off on low heat!

Step 5: Plate Up Your Picaso

Once caramelized plate it up pair it with your favorite hot sauces and ENJOY!
