Introduction: Fantastic Easy Homemade Granola
Pre-heat Oven to 250 degrees.
3 C. of Quick Oats
1/2 C. Coconut Sweetened Flakes
1/8 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Maple Syrup
1/4 C. Olive Oil
1/2 C. Dried Cranberries
1/2 C. Sliced Almonds
I like this recipe because it doesn’t call for honey (my Mom is vegan so she can eat it AND I don’t care for honey)
Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a bowl: oats, coconut, brown sugar, cranberries, almonds or whatever kind of fixins you like. In another bowl whisk olive oil and maple syrup (weird combo, right?). Slowly drizzle olive oil and maple syrup combo over dry mix. Stir and pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
Voila! So easy!
