I am going to show you step by step how to make these fudgy chocolate brownies with hidden Ferrero Rocher chocolates in the middle.
Step 1: Set Oven to 180 Degrees Centigrade
Step 2: Collect Equipment and Weigh Out Ingredients
You will need:

-Spatula
-Small saucepan
-Sieve
Ingredients
-180g chocolate (I used half milk and half dark)
-300g butter
-250g plain flour
-30g cocoa powder
-600g soft light brown sugar
-2tsp vanilla extract
-1tsp baking powder
-4 eggs
-9 Ferrero Rocher chocolates

-9 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
Step 3: Line the Tin and Grease It Well
Step 4: Melt the Butter and Chocolate
Break the chocolate into a bowl then add the butter. Melt it over a pan of simmering water, make sure the water is not touching the bowl.
Step 5: Sieve the Flour, Cocoa and Baking Powder.
Step 6: Beat Together the Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla
Beat the eggs then add the sugar and vanilla extract. Stir the ingredients until it is smooth.
Step 7: Fold the Melted Chocolate Into the Egg Mixture
Make sure the chocolate is cool so you don't cook the eggs
Step 8: Now Fold in the Flour
Fold until there are no lumps of flour left in the mixture.
Step 9: Spoon Into the Tin Then Bake
Spoon in half the mixture then level off and add the chocolates. Spoon the rest of the mixture over the top. Bake for 45 minutes, check after 40 minuets. A knife inserted in the brownies should come out with some wet crumbs but no wet mixture.
Step 10: Leave to Cool Then Cut Into Squares
Make sure your brownies are completely cool before cutting into squares so they don't fall apart
