Step 1: What You Need

•Already frosted cupcakes
•sprinkles
•scissors
•mini marshmallows

Step 2: Steps

First take a mini marshmallow and cut it across vertically. Them dip the sticky side of the marshmallow in the sprinkles. Then put the marshmallow on the cupcake with the sprinkles showing. Fill up the top of the cupcake by repeating those steps. If you want to cut a marshmallow I half and dip it in a different color of sprinkles to make the middle.
