Introduction: Foil Packet Peach Crisp

A delicious and easy campfire/grilled dessert. Really easy to make for an individual or a large group. Doesn't need to be topped, but ice cream and/or Whole Foods in-store made whipped cream is the best topper for pretty much every dessert or breakfast you can think of. This recipe is made with white peaches, which I absolutely love.

Step 1: BoM

2-3 Peaches

1/2-3/4 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/8 cup white sugar

2-4 tbs butter or oil

Pinch of salt

Tin foil

Heat source

Step 2: Peach Prep

Wash the peaches and then slice in half to remove the pits. Carefully remove the skin from the peaches and then slice them into slivers or cubes.

Step 3: Crisp Prep

Mix the oats, sugars, and salt in a bowl.

Step 4: Packet

Pull off a good size sheet of tin foil. In the center add the peaches and butter (chopped into small pieces) or oil. Top with oat sugar mix. Fold the tin foil edges together lengthwise and then fold up then sides.

Step 5: Cook

Cook the peach packet over your grill, open flame, or oven. Cook until the peaches are soft and the oats look cooked. 40-55 minutes over the grill or at 425 degrees in the oven for 30-45 minutes.
