Introduction: Folding a Napkin Into a Christmas Tree
This is how you fold a napkin into a Christmas tree. Enjoy!
Needed materials:
Napkins
Smooth, solid surface
Step 1: Step 1
Lay the napkin flat, unfolded, on a smooth surface.
Step 2: Step 2
Fold the napkin in half.
Step 3: Step 3
Fold the napkin in half again, creating a square.
Step 4: Step 4
Turn the folded square so that the open corner is facing you and the closed corner is facing away from you.
Step 5: Step 5
Flip each corner up and layer on top of the last one, following the picture.
Step 6: Step 6
Flip the entire napkin over so that the smooth side is facing up.
Step 7: Step 7
Fold the left side over so that its tip is touching the opposite diagonal side, creating a small triangle at the top. See image.
Step 8: Step 8
Repeat Step 7 with the other side.
Step 9: Step 9
Flip the napkin over so that it looks like this picture.
Step 10: Step 10
Fold each of the flaps up and under the flat above it. For the top flap, simply fold it up.
