My rice maker was just about done when I saw this and now I am enjoying an extremely good heaping plate of fried rice, which I have always wanted to make, and now I know how! Although I did use some different sauces. (My brother left and my dad is busy so I got it all to myself!)

And I soon found out how filling eggs and rice can be, because I had to save half of it that I just finished eating; it made for a very yummy afternoon snack, so thank you too.

I've never seen this technique before.
And I've always heard that leftover rice is the best for fried rice, but I can never think that far in advance!
