In a festive mood for the holidays, Ms. Zoid and I decided to purchase some eggnog. Being the creative duo we claim to be, we wanted to have fun with our creation and make it really tasty. Here's how we did it.
INGREDIENTS: 1 cup of ice 2 cups of eggnog 3 ounces of spiced rum 1 organic banana 1 ounce of chocolate covered coconut A pinch of cinnamon
TOOLS: Blender A 16 ounce measuring cup A 1 ounce shot glass
DIRECTIONS: Pour the ice into the blender Add the eggnog, rum, chocolate, banana Use the pulse setting to crush the ice and mix the ingredients Blend until the ice is nearly crushed, it is best if the ice is not fully pulverized Pour the Funky Monkey into your glasses and add a pinch of cinnamon to each ENJOY!
